Welcome to ExamRadar. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

ExamRadar is an information aggregation platform that tracks Indian competitive exam schedules, deadlines, eligibility criteria, exam patterns, and related notifications. The app provides:

Exam schedule tracking and deadline reminders
Eligibility and fee information display
Personal exam tracking, study logs, and mock test recording
Push notifications for exam updates
Bookmarking and note-taking features

2. Important Disclaimer

ExamRadar is an informational tool only. We aggregate exam data from publicly available sources, official notifications, and government websites. While we strive for accuracy:

Dates marked with a tentative indicator (⚡) are estimated and may change.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any exam information.
Always verify all information with official exam conducting body websites and notifications before making decisions.
ExamRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, exam conducting authority, or recruitment organization (including but not limited to UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, or any State PSC).

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account to access personalized features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate profile information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
Interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the app
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Submit false or misleading data flags or feedback
Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app

5. Intellectual Property

The ExamRadar name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of ExamRadar.
Exam information displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available government notifications and websites.
Content you create (notes, study logs) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store and display it to you within the app.

6. Advertisements

ExamRadar displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support free access to the app.
Ad content is determined by Google and may be personalized based on your interests.
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.
Interacting with ads may direct you to third-party websites governed by their own terms.

7. Notifications

ExamRadar sends push notifications about exam deadlines, admit cards, results, and other updates.
You can customize or disable notifications through the app's Alert Settings screen.
Notification delivery depends on device settings, network availability, and Firebase Cloud Messaging — we do not guarantee delivery of every notification.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExamRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any missed deadlines, incorrect information, or decisions made based on data shown in the app.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from reliance on exam dates, eligibility criteria, or fee information displayed in the app.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep ExamRadar available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
Scheduled maintenance or server issues may cause temporary unavailability.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
