Data Deletion Instructions

At ExamRadar, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our systems.

Option 1: Delete Account from the App

The easiest way to delete your data is directly from the app:

1 Open ExamRadar and go to the Profile tab

2 Scroll down to Account section

3 Tap Delete Account

4 Confirm the deletion when prompted

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request data deletion by sending an email to:

Email: support@theexamradar.in

Subject: ExamRadar Data Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your ExamRadar account so we can identify and delete your data.

We will process email deletion requests within 30 days and send you a confirmation once completed.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Ad impression records	Yes
Calendar sync data	Yes

Anonymized analytics data — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for service improvement.
Data held by third parties — Google (AdMob, FCM, Sign-In) may retain data independently per their own privacy policies. You can manage your Google data at Google Data & Privacy.
Local device data — Shared Preferences and cached data on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.
